Future Elite Boys 2029 / 14U Tryouts Set

For indigenous boys with a 2010 or 2011 birth year and a passion for lacrosse, the opportunity to join a premier program coached by none other than Haudenosaunee lacrosse icon, Lyle Thompson, is an invitation to step onto the field of dreams. With the launch of tryouts for the boys Future Elite 2029 lacrosse team by Tradish Lacrosse, aspiring athletes have the chance to embark on a transformative journey in the world of lacrosse.

Scheduled for August 13, 2024, in Syracuse, NY, tryouts represent the gateway to a world of possibilities. As the clock strikes noon, players will begin to converge at the yet-to-be-announced location, eagerly anticipating the opportunity to showcase their skills and determination. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, including the legendary Lyle Thompson, each participant will have the chance to shine, with tryouts kicking off promptly at 1:00pm.

The Future Elite 2029 team promises an exciting calendar of events, including four tournaments that stand as pillars of excellence in the lacrosse community. From the prestigious Lacrosse World Series Championship to the highly anticipated National Invitational lacrosse tournament, selected players will have the chance to test their mettle against the best of the best.

But the journey doesn't end on the field. As part of the Future Elite experience, players will have the unique opportunity to participate in traditional stick-making workshops led by renowned Mohawk stick maker, Jack Johnson. Immersed in the artistry and tradition of lacrosse, each participant will learn the intricate process of crafting traditional lacrosse sticks, receiving a signed stick as a symbol of their journey.

Registration for tryouts is open until April 5, 2024, and all interested players must sign up in advance. No walk-up registrations will be accepted, ensuring a streamlined process and maximum opportunity for all participants.

As the lacrosse community eagerly awaits the next generation of talent, the Future Elite Lacrosse team stands as a beacon of hope and opportunity. For indigenous boys with a passion for the game, this is more than a chance to play – it's an opportunity to make history, to honor tradition, and to forge connections that transcend the boundaries of the field.
